This year for Thanksgiving, we (the kids and I) were able to head up North to Indiana. Ethan and Reagan were both out of school for the entire week of Thanksgiving, so we were able to spend several days. We had a wonderful time. The kids were so excited to see all their cousins, they had been asking for weeks how soon we were leaving!
It was so nice, the kids when they all saw each other, it was as if they were together all the time. They played and wrestled and had a blast! Thanksgiving day was a little hectic. We drove to Bloomfield and had lunch with the Burcham/Stremming side of our family, then got back in the car and drove back to Martinsville and had dinner with the Smith side of our family.
We also celebrated Christmas with Joey and Maria since we won't be there for Christmas. All-in-all, it was a very busy, but fun week.

Looks like so much fun for those kiddos! That's the hardest part about living so far from home, I htink. Welcome home, though. We need to get together soon!
I'm glad you guys had such a great visit! One of these days we'll have to get together when you make it up here.
